 We will contact you the week before your appointment to confirm that you are able to attend. If you fail to confirm and/or we are unable to contact you by 24 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment may be given to an urgent referral on our cancellation waiting list.

If you are unable to attend please telephone our office on 9769 6056 to cancel or reschedule.

When you come for your appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following;

• Referral letter from your GP or specialist (if not already forwarded to Miss Terrill rooms).
• Medicare, Pension, DVA cards.
• Private Health Insurance details.
• Any relevant Xrays, test results etc.
